Ordering and Purchases

Product Information

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, pricing, and imagery, but cannot guarantee complete accuracy. Handmade items may show natural variations from displayed images. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information without notice.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise. Prices exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees, which will be displayed during checkout. We accept various payment methods as listed on our website, processing payments through secure gateways.

Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we accept by sending an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to reject orders for any reason, including limitations on quantities, inaccuracies, or suspected fraud.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.

Please inspect shipments immediately upon receipt. Report any damage within 48 hours to qualify for potential replacements.

Returns and Refunds

Standard Returns

We accept returns of unused, undamaged items in original packaging within 15 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return results from our error. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Items marked as final sale
• Products damaged by customer misuse
• Intimate or sanitary goods

Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) for damaged or defective items. We may require photographic evidence. We will arrange for replacement or refund at our discretion, including covering return shipping costs in these cases.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website (text, graphics, logos, images, etc.) is our property or used with permission, protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Product designs remain the intellectual property of SthitiShagun and our artisan partners. Purchasing an item does not transfer design rights.

User Conduct

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SthitiShagun and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of our services.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Rajasthan, India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

We prefer to resolve disputes amicably. Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to attempt good-faith negotiations for at least 30 days after notifying us of the dispute.

Miscellaneous

Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, or supply chain disruptions.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement.

Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SthitiShagun regarding our services, superseding prior agreements.
